New Z4 owner questions

Hi, nice to meet you guys (and gals?), you all seem very friendly.

I took delivery of my Z4 friday (2004, 3.0i SE, Maldives blue, 108 style alloys). Been buzzing with excitement ever since, even when I'm not around the car.

Here are some some questions:

1) The ride at the moment is awful (on Potenzas) Can someone reassure me that spending £700 to change to Eagle F1 will really be worth it. I've had it for three days and I'm already getting back ache from all the bumping around. (Yes, I've read dozens of threads about changing, just want some reassurance before I spend the money).

2) The exhaust sounds fantastic. Much louder than I'm used to, with a nice burble at tick over. I've even had a few people turn round to look as I approach. Is this default sound?, has someone fitted an aftermarket system?, has someone tinkered with the noise generator? (Just curious).

3) I really want to upgrade the audio head unit. I got used to having 30 albums on a memory stick on an ungraded system on my previous car and am already fed up with listening to the same CD over and over. The car has the DSP sound system. How hard is it just to change the head unit (all the threads I find seem to talk about upgrading the entire system). I'm not worried about powering the sub-woofers (not a fan of massive bass anyway).

4) I think the previous (female) owner must have had long fingernails judging by all the scratches on the moulding under the hand brake. Is this easy to replace?

5) There's a smattering of tar spots above each front wheel arch. I've googled ways to remove them (petrol, WD40 or, apparently, butter), but what to I need to do to protect the paintwork afterwards? Just a good coating of wax, or do I need something extra?

Fit a parott system, ipod/mp3 connectivity, hands free and it doesnt affect your current sound system.

fit falken fk452 instead of eagle f1 save yourself about £300 plenty on here used them with no issues, tar spots can be removed with t cut, good polish, best get a cup of tea/coffee and have a read though the detailing cleaning section i did clay my car this year for the first time then polished and finished with a good wax looks amazing,i have the parrot mki9200 fitted you can have ipod or usb connection and handsfree telephone good bit of kit
