New Z4 owner, New to forum.

Hi All. I am now the proud owner of a 3.0i Z4 in grey pictured below. Sadly just let my old Z3 2.2 go today (also pictured below). Sad to see her go but happy to finally get the Z4 3.0.

This is the first forum I have ever joined but have been using it for the past month and found some really good advice and discussions on here so thought I would join.

My name is Lee, I am 29 from Sunny Suffolk (UK) and into heavy metal and cars :)

Would love to get to know others and hopefully arrange a meet.

Welcome to the forum. I am sure you'll find many helpful hints and tips here. Have a go on the search function if you're after something in particular.

Great looking Zed you have....looks very tidy and good choice getting the 3.0.

From your post I can see you are clearly a man with taste. Nothing beats hooning along with some great tunes

Thanks everyone, really nice welcoming.

I have done a couple of the easy mods. Fitted a stubby ariel, it looks better but the radio signal is not as good but that doesn't bother me as i never listen to radio.

Have also fitted some 13 LED side lights, they look great and I would strongly reccommend this mod. But man the bulbs are tricky to replace on the Z4!

Possible future mods
ipod connectivity (cannot decide which option)
Twin inlet backbox, louder but not loud lol (cannot find one)

I would like the areo or M front bumper and angel eyes but I am not sure I can justify the cost (looks a tad better for alot of dollar)

Stubby certainly looks good, but the radio signal does sometimes suffer.
 
I'd say forget the radio.

Put some Metallica on. Play it very loud. Drive that zed.

Enjoy your car. I'm sure it's a beauty!
