Just thought I'd say 'hi' after a few weeks of lurking, having bought my 2005 Z4 with hardtop back in March.
What's prompted me to do my first post, is that I finally found time to take the hardtop off tonight and took the Zed out for the first time without a roof! WOW! Cobwebs blown away or what???
First impressions are that it's a lot windier than I was expecting - can't imagine what it's like without the wind deflector fitted - but it really is a whole new driving experience. I've literally changed from thinking this is an OK car, to being a total convert (that's convert) in the course of driving 5 miles with the roof down!
