I have just returned from picking up my new Z4 (E86) Coupe. I was as nervous as I was excited before picking up the car but that has all subsided now I have driven it home. What a dream. Hello to the Forum!

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I still get that feeling after two months of ownership!

Try and get a few photos on Asap... :poke:

Cheere

Come on pine - not much info there :D

Let's see some photos and hear a bit more. . . .

Welcome to the Forum.

:driving:

As no-one else has mentioned it, we appreciate the occasional snapshot of members' Zeds, especially new to the Forum Zeds. :D

Thanks for the 'hellos'. As expected (or should be) I've been driving the car all weekend so having been on the forum. So it's pics and more info....ok...

I have a 3.0si coupe, all standard apart from the interior. It drives amazingly although I am noticing a lot of feedback from the tires (Bridgestones), that is my only gripe. Looking at tyres I think when these ones are shot I'll try out the F1 Ass 2's as they seem to have a high review and aren't to expensive (I am on a tight budget).

The Z is in mint condition. Looking to find out a good cleaning routine with regards to shampoo and waxing. I understand it's a personal choice when it comes to products but a good recipe is welcome.

Welcome! :D

I opt for a rinse, wheel cleaner sprayed, snowfoam, agitate wheels if necessary, rinse again, wash with 2 bucket method, rinse, dry with leaf blower for my in between washes.

When waxing/polishing, before drying, I'd clay the car when wet. After drying, polish is applied and then waxed.
