New z4 owner from Kent!

Evening all. Just thought I'd say hi. After weeks of snooping on here I finally got myself a nice 2.5i 2006, very tidy and stock.
Pics will follow once I've run the jet wash over her!
I did want to ask one thing though... This has all Bridgestone run flats on, And the ride is pretty harsh, seems to pull a fair bit and can really feel the bumps etc. Wondered what the recommended normal tyre is?
I have the 201 radial 17" wheels i believe.
Anyway, love my new z4 and will be making some subtle mods over time no doubt. :thumbsup:





 
Welcome to the forum , tyres have got to go , lots of threads on the forum to help you make up your mind but suffice to say the car will be transformed :driving:

I'm also looking forward to the photos.

Both my Z4s came with Bridgestone RFTs with good tread, so that is all I've ever known! But most on here seem to recommend non-RFTs - although a can of foam and a breakdown/recovery membership is probably a good idea if you do follow that route! Or if you favour a belt and braces approach maybe get a spacesaver and jack!

Anyway, enjoy your Z4 while we have a bit of summerish weather!

Thanks you friendly bunch!... Fabric hood cleaner/protector treatment being applied as we speak.... Will get wheels refurbed ASAP I think before new tyres... Going for either Goodyear f1 or continental sports:)
