New Z4 Owner: Dorset

Hi All

I thought I would introduce myself as a very happy new owner of a Z4 3.0 Se, 54, Maldives Blue with 42K on the clock which I bought on Saturday.

Took me about a year to save up for it, which was just enough time to choose the right model, spec, pre 06 or post 06, colour etc etc. The process was actually a lot of fun and this forum was a great help to me in making my decision.

Ive already done 100 miles driving round the new forest and it feel fantastic!

My 03 Z4 was same color. Just love thaat color. Oh well, my 07 Z4 Monaco Blue is great as well.

Regarding mods, oh yeah I have been trawling the net to see what I can do.

The interior is a little bit grubby, mainly on the doors and the handbrake but im using some product to clean that up - I think I might need to fit a new handbrake handle though as its way to grubby. Unfortunately the previous owners have been a little careless with keys and what not as I can see a few scratches and dents on the brush alluminum interior so i want to replace all that at some point.
