I have a late 06 3.0 Si Coupe and got a call this week from my dealer saying that he potentially had an offer for me on the new Z4. My car was taken out under the select plan and is due up at the end of April. What he said was that BMW were offering deals to current Z4 customers and that there was a way of potentially getting me out of my current deal. When my deal is up in April the car's final payment in £13500 and as the car sits it has 16k miles on it. I would be keen to see what they offer me and what the deal equates to - has anyone had a similar offer and what do you reckon they will come up with in terms of deal for the new Z4 and price for my current car?

Ive just had this offer from my loacal dealer.
They offered me £17k for my '07 3.0si Roadster with 24k miles - which is almost exactly what is left on the finance, then the deal is £2k toward any BMW if bought on select finance and an additional £2k toward a new Z4 - This also applied to demonstrator models.

So a £4k contribution overall, sounds like a reasonable deal.
I think now is the time to buy a lightly used E89 Z4 whilst all the launch and dealer demo cars are available, I can't see vast numbers of BMW UK management cars coming through, so the supply of late used cars will dry up a little bit I'm sure. Haven't seen many new ones either.
Some of the demo 35i Z4s are £6 or £7k under list already.
