New Z4 from North Czech

Hi all

My name is Lukas and live in north of Czech republic. I'm almost newbie in BMW´s world which bought first car in May 2012. Fortunately it was 2004 Z4 3,0i with sportpacket. My car was made for dealership in germany as a showcar, sold to some person from Italy and I´m last owner.

Why Z4? It was one of the ugliest roadsters in 2003 year for me, but time is changing and from ugly duckling is interesting designed car :-) which I want (I´ve owned Mazda RX7 FC3 Convertible in history an Ducati 749, the same design story as a Z4 for me).

PS: Sorry for my english.

Welcome Lukas :D

Love the grey hood - not very common, but a good look. Enjoy

Thanks guys :)

That color scheme wasn´t love at first sight but from first opinion "No" through "Maybe" to "Nice :-)" during one weekend is now mine. And I agree, it isn´t very common and practical too :D

Hi welcome i never liked the Z4 when it first came out but now love mine
Czech is a lovely country been there 3 times mainly in the south

Si-forks is tapatalking

Hi Lukas your Z looks in very good original condition.......pristine even! The soft top is rare in that colour & looks classy

I was the same as you and si-forks, didn't much care for the Z4 when it came out but I believe its a real classic now.

You English is pretty good .........better than my Czech!

si-forks : I´ve been in UK 3 times too :D Last for my Ducati 749.

Toe-side : Yes, everything is original in mint condition if I could tell. Unlike factory setup I´ve set of 108´s wheels, but I can´t decide to loose last pieces of comfort on lovely Czech roads :-)

The roads are the same in our country!

I don't know where our road tax money goes too (meaningless signs traffic lights on roundabouts and multi coloured tarmac probably! )

I am runing 107's replacing the 108's I had originally. Keeps you on your 'toes' dodging potholes!

The roof looks very subtle on your car, and the rare seats are an absolute overkill!

Welcome to the forum and greetings from just a little further up north!
