New Z4 35is Owner - Hi!

I've just seen this. Welcome on board! I live in the city centre and have a Deep Sea Blue 35is. Not too many E89s about here, never mind 35is's so I will keep my eyes peeled.

There are a few active members on here you may find to give a wee wave to on your travels.

Enjoy the wee trip tomorrow. It's to be a lovely weekend and double figures in the temp department, almost tropical for Scotland

Now I wish I'd had mine mot'd last week and taken it for its usual run thro the borders! :|
That road from Cannonbie thro Newcastleton into Hawick is

The trip was great! Went via Elie and Anstruther for some fish and chips. Here's a couple of pics at Elie.

Any other good road suggestions to try out up here?

Hi

As others have said .. she looks great with those wheels. what rubber are you running ?

Not sure on the tyres, will need to double check and get back to you. I haven't been able to stop looking at the rest of the car enough to focus on the tyres yet! It's so pretty.

This is what the readout will look like

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=bmw+z4+e89+digital+mph+readout&espv=2&biw=1920&bih=955&tbm=isch&source=lnms&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjUpuHPgcHLAhUEPxQKHQc7CRcQ_AUICCgC&dpr=1#imgrc=9IDn9AG-PEkvgM%3A

but not as good as the 3rd generation mini readout though

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=new+mini+digital+readout&espv=2&biw=1920&bih=955&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj_h7nngsHLAhVMvRQKHTdzCwoQ_AUIBygC#tbm=isch&q=new+bmw++minione++digital+sppedo+readout&imgrc=mVM0VAfRSx7gyM%3A

Unfortunately I let nobody, not even the dealership, my other half or my dad touch my paintwork or interior so I can't recommend anyone from my own experience, sorry.

I'm sure there will be someone in the area who can make a recommendation. I've always fancied letting Jeeves do my car as I used to watch their team clean a M3 in the office car park. Always did a cracking job.

I believe they are 265/30/19 and 235/35/19 according to a post by Z4M-2006 after he fitted them.

They are M4 alloys and cost a pretty penny at the time. There has been some discussion re them in the past on other threads, even including some of the people now asking you the same information :crazydude:

James, you are not the only one. I think because Z4M-2006 didn't have a picture of the car in his signature people forget that this was his car with these wheels.

If you had tried to search just on wheels or M4 wheels you may have been there a long time

I love the fact you guys all know more about my car than I do! :)

Hazard of A) being an enthusiast with a love of cars/zeds and B) it being a well know forum members car.

Before you know it, you'll know lots about the car you own too. We are all here to help in the meantime
