New Z4 3.0i

The only real wear I found, that looked bad, was the rubber weather seal around the windshield is deteriorating quite badly with lots of cracks and the piece going across the top is completely missing. Is that a common problem on this year and something that is easy to repair DIY?

Thanks, gasman, they changed mine when I had the windshield replaced a few weeks ago (see my post up above). I was able to cut most of the chipped edging off the wiper cowling pan and then sand it down to save it and with some new vinyl black coating it looks almost new now.
