New Z4 23i Highline

Hi Everyone

I am just about to take delivery of my first Z4, in fact my first sports car!!!Its beautiful, Melbourne red with cream leather. I am a little nervous though as I have never had a 2 seater before. I will be using it on a daily basis to go to work. I am expecting a large fuel bill but what the hell you only live once! I got a great deal at my local BMW garage and have traded in a 3 series in a moment of madness. I took a test drive and fell in love with it, not like me at all. I am usual so sensible! Anyway when I take delivery I will post some piccies of it, like a proud mum!

I have loved reading the stuff you have written about the Z4 and taken lots of advice thank you!

Fuel bill won't be that high
30-35 to the gallon on decent motorway trips.
Just done 17,500 miles missus does a 30-40 mile trip daily in very slow motorway traffic. I go nuts on a Saturday and Sunday morning. (redline, sports+ kicking the erse oot it for an hour or two. Trip computer from new 29.4mpg so not that bad
Had to put my first litre f oil in today too. £17.00 for 0/40w synthetic castrol stuff. :|
