Hi all,
So after my first sporty car - 2002 toyota celica t sport, I've decided to go for a convertible, always liked the idea of them... was looking at mx 5's for ages (months) and they just weren't doing it for me and being 22 I hadn't really considered a bmw assuming insurance ect would be too much... however several quotations later and looking into z4's I quickly fell for one and purchased it Saturday for £3000 with 83k miles on the clock 2005 2.5 model ( only £100 more than my temporary fiat punto 1.2 on insurance *what*
)... full mot last serviced 2000 miles ago with full service history. certainly feels more powerful than my celica despite having a very similiar amount of power... i didn't expect to buy the first one I viewed but after a long test drive and based on the general condition including perfect alloys I went for it... although since then I have noticed that it seems the drivers side wing mirror was knocked off at some point and has been replaced not to a perfect standard and the electronic controls for it don't work, and there's a couple of small pin dents that take quite a while to notice, but I feel I got a very fair deal at £3000! will be doing alot of miles on it and looking forward to some fun in the summer !
