Hi all

I've been lurking around the forum for a few days getting info on Z4's which was very helpful.
I got this beaut today.
A 3 litre 6 speed 2003!
Very happy!

Looking for a matching hard top if anyone is selling one...!!!!
Also looking forward to contributing to the forum, when and if I gain some decent knowledge on the Z's!

Good looking Z4 OP, and welcome to the forum!

You deserve bonus points for a 1st post with photos!

Hi and welcome.

The big bonus points arise because you bought a Zed with a whippy!

Looks nice.

Enjoy :driving:

You are really pro whippy. Do you have shares in them or something? :D

Ha No! Whilst I am committed to keeping mine as it was when it came out of the factory, I do understand why people want to mod their cars; e.g. Non-silver wheels, different wheels, paint the callipers, I really do think that the whippy looks better than the stubby. In addition people have trouble removing the whippy and then complain that the stubby doesn't give as good reception as the whippy, which surely shouldn't come as a massive surprise.

It's also good sport to goad stubby owners as well as coupe drivers! :poke:

I can understand that I tried 2 different stubby aerials and neither worked so I have put the whippy back on and wearing it with pride.
