Feckers installed mine today - despite me asking the up before he started that he had OE trim, him saying yes... When I get out to the car it's a pattern part and he claimed he heard me say 'new trim' not OE trim

Called them up, it's very clear in the job notes that it should be OE... So they'll be calling me back to arrange to change it. Again. Honestly, how feckin' hard can it be ???

Mine make is "FY" solar laminated screen??
Don't know anything about screens, but will do the job I'm sure

I asked about the sealing strip before he even started work and he showed me the BMW number on the packet

Unreal - spoke to the call centre, got told the local branch will have to order the trim in... Which they were supposed to do for this week...

In other news, the pattern part windscreen has the maker's mark in a new place :

Oh that's odd... :thumbsdown: My marks are on the passenger side


Although our 4x4 has its markings on the drivers side! (That's going to bug me know)

I can't fault auto windscreens, they were on time , I got plenty of texts, emails and even got a call to confirm fitter would be with me at 1430 this morning... spot on
