Hey everyone, am new here, have my z4m coupe for about 8 months now and am starting to thing about new wheels. Like the look of the CLS at the moment.

Can any of you let me know the best place to pick up a set in London? Also, are 19" the size to go for?

What about tiers, I don't want to be stiffed with crappy ones, so what should I be looking for in the tier department?

19" CSLs with PS2s tend to be the most recommended I would say. Simpsons motorsport can do the wheels and you're probably best ordering tyres from camskill and having a local (careful :)) fitter do them for you.

CSL's only come in 19", you can get reps that are 18s

What have you got on at the moment?

opinions are mixed about performance and handling differences... some like it, some dont :? Ive no idea personally :lol:
 
Well the real CSLs reduce unsprung weight which is obviously a benefit. I'm no expert but bigger diameter usually equals harsher ride. The distinction or balance being between handling and ride quality I think. I have CSLs about to go on my M if that makes a difference :)
 
Playalistic, u'll defo have to post pics of once u have the CSL fitted to ur MR cos that will be the first buy once I have eventually bought a Z4M!! :)

I've never seen a MR with CSLs! Seen a MC with E46 M3 wheels and that looked ace! :thumbsup:
