Of no help to you here, but nice to see a fellow Basingstoke Zed owner! If I can help in any way, shout. I know a very good mechanic who works on my Zed.

The angle of strut and hub/disk face are fixed, and no amount of camber angle will alter that relationship. It must be a wheel/tyre offset problem - anyone out there with a set of 108's who measure up between the hub mounting face and the outer edge of the rim?
Good Luck!

Hi,
Bent strut maybe (But to bend it bad enough to lose the clearance i think the OP would have other handling issues), but bottom ball joints will make no odds to the angle between disc face and strut, dont forget the strut body inserts into to the hub carrier and is retained with a pinch bolt, any movement in the TCA or its ball joints will not effect this.

Jingle: No spacers fitted.
I'll get it jacked up again tonight and have a look.
Don't jack it up, just use a tape measure.
The reason I say that is because I've seen it before where someone has bolted the wrong star (face) to the wrong drum (that's assuming you've got 108 split rims). So just measure the inside of the wheel drum on the front and rear.

So I obviously didn't read this properly when it was first posted. Apologies to RJS-Z4!
This was exactly the problem. Refurbed wheels with the Stars put onto the wrong drum.
All sorted now.
Thanks to everyone for their thoughts!
