I have this exact same issue after fitting my winter 108 tyres, my Summers tyres are more offset so ok.
Mines only rubbing on the nearside, if you full lock the car when stationary and look behind the wheel you'll see it sitting against the strut. Fyi, I replaced my shocks but still getting the same issue. I am lowered but have zero issue on offside of the car, be interested to see if you solves this. I've had mine looked at several times without answer and was advised to next replace the whole knuckle section incase it was bent...

The angle of strut and hub/disk face are fixed, and no amount of camber angle will alter that relationship. It must be a wheel/tyre offset problem - anyone out there with a set of 108's who measure up between the hub mounting face and the outer edge of the rim?

Bent strut maybe (But to bend it bad enough to lose the clearance i think the OP would have other handling issues), but bottom ball joints will make no odds to the angle between disc face and strut, dont forget the strut body inserts into to the hub carrier and is retained with a pinch bolt, any movement in the TCA or its ball joints will not effect this.

The reason I say that is because I've seen it before where someone has bolted the wrong star (face) to the wrong drum (that's assuming you've got 108 split rims). So just measure the inside of the wheel drum on the front and rear.
So I obviously didn't read this properly when it was first posted. Apologies to RJS-Z4!
This was exactly the problem. Refurbed wheels with the Stars put onto the wrong drum.
All sorted now.
