New website header?

Just a thought, does anyone else feel it's time for a new Forum website header? I personally don't like the 'big wheeled' red cartoon thing that's there currently. Surely we could come up with something a bit more slick than that?!

Perhaps this is a rather easy point to make when I'm not the one responsible for doing it :lol:

Anyway, what do you reckon?

A good example is the TT-Forums, the header changes on there depending on which area of the forum you are in. I am a member of the Coupe crowd and I think it would be nice to have both on there :lol:

There used to be a header years ago with both a roadster and coupe- the new theme followed the intro of the E89. I didnt like it at the time but as maniac says, never notice it to be fair. Cant see the point in inventing work for the mods.

I've got no complaints as it is..
...Except a no banner option would be good because then people behind me wouldn't spot what I'm reading when I'm at work ! :wink:

Surprised to see just how widespread the whole 'don't really care/why create more work' attitude is. The forum is one of the best I've used, but it looks pretty naff. The colour scheme isn't good and the header is poor. These aren't massive changes and could be made (by the right people) in a very short space of time. I just reckon it could look a whole lot better, to match the content

Personally I think the header is a bit naff but honestly not something I'm fussed about. But I did vote change.

Personally for me I think currently it is fine, but if someone is into that sort of thing, creating a new one, they could be submitted in a "banner vote comp" then pick.

I do like change, but also have nothing against this current one!
