New to forums so bare with me !
The car is a 2.0 Z4 Black and buttifull , also the wifes!! :?
She drives it to work , I DRIVE IT
now some peeps would say only a 2.0l ,, But give a Z4 twisty tarmac and not a lot will keep up :D
I drive a tank (Delica) coz i want to keep my licence
We are both biker nuts as well , so a petrol head household
The bike gives me the speed fix , the Z4 pure 4 wheel plesure
And the delica is our donky as Jet (the z4) dont doo snow , B+Q , Shopping , Tips or any other ordanary tasks .
Had the car 3+ years in which time its blown 2 coils and 2 rear springs and we have done lap of europe in Him , must say its was good on gas dooing europe 40mpg @ 100mph

Now sorry boys dont think any Z4 will keep up with the green one , the red one is PROPER nuts R1 , had bikes many years and here is the twist!
A 2.0l z4 down a twisty strip of tarmac will beat any bike or I should say biker who wants to stay alive !!

How fast are the bikes 0-60? I am sure there are a few ///M owners on here who would give them a run for their money (maybe.... well... almost, given a slight headstart) :)
 
0-60 LOL
not much diff I bet , its all about not FLIPPING the bike !!
3/3.5 sec , R1 will do 85/90 in first gear to the rev limiter and pull power wheelies in 3rd gaar ar 120mph just by giving it full gas when you hit 3rd gear , you have to feed in the power in 1/2 gear to keep the front wheel down , its good fun on the mway , click down to 3rd untill the car infront getts out of the way and then pass on the back wheel doing 100+
the thing is 0-60 irelivant
0-100 8-10 sec
100-180 10-12sec
there is NO real weight so the bikes just FLY M8
 
Welcome to the forum - another biker here and after a quick 2 wheeled hoon into the Dales earlier today I think a micra could have kept up with me in the twisties as the roads were so covered in damp, mud and pebbles :( good fun anyway.

can you ride a bike ?
Coz its worlds away from driveing a car
do a intro lesson or if you are very brave do a day at donnington
ron haslem doz a specal thing where he takes non bike riders and within a day you can be rideing round the track (good safe track donni do my track days there)
Our z4 is only a 2.0 but I would honestly put it a head of a bike on a twisty road , shure the bike will cheat , LOL, coz you cant do say 50-90 in 3 sec like a bike can , I can blast past comeing out ov a bend any time i like , but driveing a car like the z4 I would be back on ya in the bends !!!
And dont forget there is drivers and drivers , and same wiv bikers M8
