How on earth did that puncture your tyre, there's some force needed to push that through your tyre

It's always a good tyre that gets punctured.

Luckily last time it happened to me on my 1 Series my regular tyre place managed to plug it so I got another 10K miles from it!

I’m taking it to the place I bought it from and see if they can repair it, I don’t hold out much hope though.

It started after I had parked in a lay-by by the beach in Torquay, when I drove away I had a clicking sound like a stone. When I removed it with mole grips the tyre went flat in seconds. I had the same thing happen to a trailer tyre after stopping in a lay-by on the A38 to Plymouth.

Ah, the perils of dogging 🤣

Took the wheel to Re tyred in Newton Abbot and repaired for less than £25.00. This is a really nice friendly old fashioned tyre place that you don’t see very often these days.
Edit £24.00 including new valve and balance, even more of a bargain.
