Test drove one yesterday, as the extra stats and the 4wd really appeal.
Anyway, it was a REAL disappointment. Seemed like a huge turbo lag, and when it did kick in it felt much slower than my 35is - although statistically I think it's much quicker. Very strange. Certainly nowhere near as fun to drive as my 35is. Interior not refined either, and its a soft top. Engine sounded like you'd expect, and good sound with the sports exhaust.
But I got in my 35is and prefered the drive home to the test drive. And they wanted £66k for the one I saw...
Oh how I wish there was a e89 4wd Z4m.
