New toy home at last

Just picked up my 28i from Cheltenham and can't stop smiling (even though I'm exhausted after the 5 and half hour drive home..!!). A small question already though - I can't seem to pair my IPhone 7 to the car - tried umpteen times and no joy - no their phones are paired - am I missing something simple?

Welcome, dont know much about e89s but i would try deleting all previous phone pairs and then start the process from fresh.
