New to Z4, what to do now?

Isn't it so that the antenna is only for am-reception and that the fm-antenna is actually somewhere in the bumper? I guess you could delete the antenna intirely....
 
The external antenna is the diversity antenna for FM too, for when the bumper one cannot get such a good reception. Some people notice a difference in reception of the radio with a stubb, but I think it depends where you live or are driving.
 
i have a sharks fin sitting in the boot waiting to be fitted. but first i need to work out how to make it less tack looking. its shiny black ATM and need to make it look like vulcanized rubber :?
 
You probably have the loom fitted so it's just the stalk you need. And a trim of the steering column surround. Well worth it on a journey especially in roadworks with average speed cameras. One of the best mods I've fitted but then I do a fair bit of M-way.
 
Yeah I'm pretty sure I have the loom already there. If I were to buy the piece where would a good place be? I have heard that Sopers of Lincoln is very good
