New to the z4 clan

Hey guys,

I work in the motor trade and managed to pick this car up as a trade in and the missus is in love with it. I'm new to BMW and roadsters, but love everything about the car. I know it is 'only a pup' with the 2.0 engine, but it suits us down to the ground and as she's never driven anything this big, really pleased so far.

I drive an L200 and she used to have a Fiesta so this is more than fast enough for us.

What do you guys think?

You must have of the last of the E85s. Not so many on a 58 plate.

Hi RickRob,

It was registered 1st September so the first owner must have been a 'plate poser' and probably had it sat in a compound for a few weeks.. 8 years on she has only done 31000 miles so I'm happy with the pick up.
We got rid of the Fiesta and the Zed is her every day car.

I enjoy it every time I drive it (all three times last month..)
 
Welcome to the forum. I know what you mean - I still get a buzz getting into mine over a year on :thumbsup:
A titanium silver 2.0 was my first Zed and I loved the colour. Those headlights look good - painted black inserts I think.
 
I've had my boss saying the car is just a cub, but at 25 and with a fresh mortgage it suits us perfectly. I'm not a fast driver (hence the L200) but I love cruising around and the car has enough for me.

@buzyg - it came with 30k but we haven't managed to get out of it in the last three weeks...

Any zed less than a 3.0 had black inserts.
