New to the M coupe club

I have owned a 2.5 since 2005 and done 100000 in it ,finally got enough pennies together to buy an M coupe :driving:
Absolutely love it :D
Probably going to keep the 2.5 as i converted it to hydraulic power steering and done loads of work to it since 2015 as it was a weekend car, cant bring myself to part with it after having it so long

Your 2.5 looks Sooo right to my eye on those Alpina wheels, with the hard top. 8) :thumbsup:

Nice looking MC too and easier on the hair. :D
 
thanks , it came with alpina body kit and wheels from BMW it was a demonstrator for Sytner BMW in Birmingham who i believe were an alpina dealer at the time
 
Also like the bit of aero add-ons to the front & rear - is this the same car Tertius used to have?

Is it just me, or has a previous owner put stupidly dark tints on the front-side windows?
 
Hello im not sure who Tertius is lol , they are tinted looks darker in the pics than in reality they can be removed

I've got tertius' old car - the engine is quite broken again :lol:
 
Lovely car OP - I was trying to be cheeky and buy the front splitter from the Shaun the previous owner - he was keen to sell the car together though, looks lovely although I personally don't love the tints :roll:

So far so good car runs sound had a blast to wales in it at the weekend never missed a beat, im in 2 minds about the tints tbh

Makes me wish I'd done the man maths on the aero side skirts that were up for sale recently. Looks the nuts.
 
Welcome! Lovely looking car, thought it was Shaun’s when I saw your photo. All the best with it, they’re just the best... but I guess we’re all biased 😉😆
