Hi,

After years of drudgery driving boring family wagons, the time has come to get into something with a little soul before we're all legislated out of petrol cars. Hoping to find a well cared for Z4 soon, so that I can have some of the fun that you guys are having.

Welcome along- happy hunting. Be sure to post up perspective buys for any advice. Where you based- I’m sure someone local will be happy to look a zed over with you.

Welcome. What Z4 you wanting? E85, E89…
He said "something with a little soul", so I presume he's in the wrong place :D

welcome Tiswas

Thanks all for the great welcome and I'm loving the puns, so keep them coming.
I've put a deposit down for an E85, that I should be picking up on Sunday week, which I'm really looking forward to.

You would think that, but after neigh on 3 years in a Prius (for ULEZ :headbang: ), this will be like James Brown at the Apollo in comparison

Congratulations - it looks like you've bagged a bargain.

Well done.
I have just seen the for sale thread by True-Blue (Martin). He is possibly the nicest person I've never met on the forum! :D
One thing that can be guaranteed; it will be shinier than a shiny thing with added shiny stuff.....in sunlight.

If you stick around the forum (wouldn't recommend it though) it can be fun. Sometimes even helpful!

Thanks Pondrew, from my conversation with him, True-Blue seemed a genuinely nice guy. I am hoping to stick around and hopefully learn a thing or two, although I may revert to type as a lurker once again.

Looks like a great car and a bargain too. Welcome to the home of the criminally insane.👍
