New to the Forum and the Z4

Hello everybody, just signed up to the forum having purchased a Z4 coupe last weekend. Hope to spend a bit of time here learning more about the car and hopefully helping other members out with anything I already know. I visited the site a number of times before buying and gained some valuable info from reading past threads, so thanks for the wealth of knowledge already.
Onto the car, a 2006 '56' Z4 coupe Si Sport in silver grey. Only had the car a week, still getting used to it, but so far very happy with it. This is my third BMW in a row, the previous two being an E46 M3 convertible and before that an E46 330Ci Sport.
I'll update with a photo as soon as I can get this stupid camera to work, bye for now.

Welcome sjj84. Glad to hear you got some good advice on here before taking the plunge. :thumbsup:
 
Thanks for the welcome, wasn't sure on the colour to start with, but it was local, low milage and high spec. It's certainly growing on me though, this is the first car I've had which hasn't been either black or blue (which would have been my prefered choice). However I'm very much liking the fact I can drive this one more than 100 metres after washing it without it looking dirty again!
 
Hi and welcome and got to agree that colour does hide dirt a bit better but you'll still want it all shiny !

Looks like mine! (Keep the OEM aerial!) - but you have better alloys :cry:
