I joined the forum as I used to own a E86 and decided Id like to get another......been down the Cayman route and the M are just a little too much ... for wknd car....currently drive BMW 4 (2026)series coupe

There would be a few who would say differently on the E86 M, but a regular 3.0si will be kinder to your wallet!

Plenty of expertise here and from people far more knowledgeable on them than me.
I would just say, buy based on provenance, not mileage or age.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

A 3 litre E86 is a great car and mine were far cheaper to run than my M Coupe, but I just had to scratch that M itch.
