New (to me) coupe.

Very nice. I ended up getting a silver coupe but I still can't decide which I prefer! Both great colours for the shape.

Yes. Welcome. You chose wisely. I couldn't make up my mind over a roadster or a coupe so bought one of each. In the end I kept the coupe but it was a tough decision. The blue is a lovely colour but I still prefer black.... :thumbsup:
 
Buying one of each is one way of doing it :-D

Well I've had the coupe for 8 days now & I'm loving it more & more every day, I can't wait to do a decent road trip in it. I love looking over that long bonnet & being so far back. I swear it's quicker than the Boxster in a straight line, but doesn't instill the same sort of confidence in the twisties - although that will just take time.

I adore the car though, it looks absolutely fantastic & I love the feeling of being in more of a GT car than a sports car :-)

IMO it is more like a classic sports car, like an E-Type Coupe (long bonnet, front engine and RWD, seated close to rear wheel...), than a GT car. That's why it's not so easy to get confidence on the car.
 
Yes, agreed on the E-Type thing, it does make me think of what it would be like blasting down the peage in something like an E-Type :-)
