Good morning to all

Just bought a 2004 Z4 2.5 se with 31000 on the clock.
Love the car already only drove 100 miles but hate the RFT,s.
Already found loads of useful info on the forum.

Look forward to modding and getting loads of useful info.image.jpeg

Welcome Pete, great low mileage example you've got yourself there - well done. Yeah, first thing ditch the run flats as soon as you can :driving:

I have the run flats on my 3.0 and I must say, they are no problem to me. Then again, they've got at least 6mm all around, not sure if the get more tram liney once they start to wear.

As above, I echo what others have said, nice low mileage example you've bagged there.

This forum is full of advice and banter for you buddy.

Welcome to the forum, plenty of great advice on here. Car looks lovely and very low miles for the age.

Cheers for the warm welcome
My problems is the Bridgestone RFT all look very new. So it's a shame to change but have noticed a lot of tram lining already.
Today plan to check drain holes and get washers working.

nice find... looks like a garage in Wilmslow where i went to view a couple of cars... I'd lose that ///M badge on the side asap tho bud

Welcome along. Nice looking zed you enjoy. Take the plunge & bin the rfts  sell them on & recoupe some of the funds. You will transform the car. Remember when I bought my old e86,loved the car but felt something just wasn't right. After some help from our forum friends I changed the tyres to non runflats. Can't tell you how happy I was with the outcome. :D don't have to spend a fortune for a set. See uniroyals getting good press at the moment. Hope you get sorted

I agree with removing M badge
Any advise to remove without damage.
Love the look of a quad exhaust from M style but want to see/ hear first. Anyone got one installed who lives in the northwest?

Regarding my RFT,s
Would a set of 18" alloys with new tyres fit on my car which has the bmw 17" alloys on with RFT.
I only thinking this as I was going to get my alloys repainted dark grey and the cost of that plus new tyres for the originals is about the same price.
