New throttle body

Hi guys,

Last week my engine management light came on and the code logged said it was a faulty throttle body.

I have fitted a new one today but the light is still on.

Does anyone know of the light would turn itself off or if it need scanning and clearing?

Any advice is appreciated

Have you cycled the ignition three times st least?

Some errors are cleared this way.

By cycled do you mean turn on and off 3 times?
