Hi There ,
ive been talking with MSS Kits and they are looking into designing a kit for the Z4
it will be amazing as the feedback on there stuff is great and best thing is it wont be too harsh
but i need some help with some info some people on here might have to hand?
(Oh by the way im no expert or affiliated with MSS Kits just be exciting to get a bespoke kit for us guys!!! )
1) Corner weight info of the car -
2) Pictures of the struts and springs as they currently are in situ - car will need to be on a ramp to get good pictures of the underneath. Will need 4 pictures per corner and I need these labelled so I know which corner is which.
3) Length of the springs when all 4 wheels are off the ground - ideally you will do this on a ramp where the car is lifted off the ramp separately.
4) Length of the springs when all 4 wheels are on the ground - ideally you will do this on a ramp where the car is lifted off the ramp separately...I have attached a picture of what we did on the VW Scirocco.
5) Current ride height and what you wish to lower to. I have attached another picture below with instructs on how to take the measurement accurately.
6) What handling issues you have with the car that you wish to resolve.
7) Standard specs for your car and any non-standard chassis related modifications made to the car that is not factory standard...including wheels/tyres changes.
All the above are key info if we are to look at the springs required blindly. I will be able to work form the above info for now.
Thanks Guys
