New suspension = new noise, question

This weekend I've been busy fitting Coil-overs to my Z'd. All went pretty straight forward, BUT......
Now there is a occasional slight 'Clunk / Twank' sound when steering?

I ran out of time and daylight to peruse this any further, but my theory is the adjustable drop-links are possibly either to tall or to short/tight, and putting stress through the sway-bar, so will need removing and refitting?
Would this be better done (although awkward) with the Wheels on the ground weight on the suspension instead of the car jacked up, suspension hanging?

Any tips or advice?

Tightening any moving suspension part (bushings, stabilizer, ...) is better being done on the ground. Tightening in the air will put everything under tension already when the car is parked and even a lot more when the car is driving/cornering.

I had a clunking sound coming from the rear and it were the stabilizer holders having a little play. Replaced those and the clunk was gone. My mechanic and his team had to be quite resourceful to find out the cause.
