Ok so i just put new rotors on my car last month, today i went to clean the rims with 'Mag Cleaner" and i got some on the rotors and it stained them. I drove the car for 10 miles and it dosnt look like the stain went away. does any body know how i can clean them?

I wouldn't worry, once you've braked enough times the surface will wear down enough for it to disappear, you may just need to take a few extra microns off the metal.

I suggest some hard stops from a high speed :driving:

thats what i been doing right after that happened. its a chrome wheel cleaner that i used that stained them. I just hopes the stain goes away because i just replaced them.

Just take this as a lesson learnt.

Take the wheel off to clean it, then you'll have no issue with wheel cleaner getting on your brake discs :P

However, as others have said, you're new discs will never look as good as they did when they were new, as you'll either get surface staining from washing/rain (looks like rust), or you'll get pad deposits, or you'll get scorch marks. You just have to live with it, or buy new discs every 50 miles!
