new roof motor labeled wrong?

I was wondering if it was stopping intermittantly, moving slowly, appearing to struggle, cutting out, etc etc.......

Most people report a roof going ever more slowly, but the decrease in speed is only really noticeable once the pump has been renewed and the real speed can be seen in comparison.

My roof failed to respond to a button push once, recovered from that but a couple of weeks later went down and wouldnt go back up.

As a general rule the motor just seizes as a result of increasing rust and gunk - I havent heard anyone saying a fuse went or similar beforehand (although a blown fuse might also be a cause of roof failure)

Well, finally me and my friends did the change on the motor, and thought I would post the pics of the motor condition.
the new motor by the way was the same as the old one.

Your motor is in better condition than mine was and probably still works (mine did).
