new roof motor failed

Failing to bleed the system after fitting a new motor seems a bit of a numpty fail to me. They are supposed to be specialists and they have performed worse than most on here who have done this the DIY way. If mine ever fails I'm deffo doing the job myself. £400 labour my arse.

Hi has anyone ever heard of a brand new roof motor failing within a 3 week period ?

my "new" roof motor appears to have done just that and is now getting another "new" one

im a little peeved as the invoice is for supply at £350 and fit at £400 ish which is how much a new one costs

Glad you got it sorted but yes mine failed within a fortnight.

Had to do the 300 mile round trip to Autotech at Telford again to have another one fitted.
Pete was excellent throughout.....just had a duff new pump. :(
Touch wood been good ever since. :D

Yep - sometimes, the way people deal with problems is what counts

Problems happen, but as you say, its the way they are handled thats important.

Good result
