Eleven months in, many trials and tribulations to get this Zed into proper conditions, it's time now for a second trip inside this spirited aspiration of beauty.
Some of you may know we took a trip to Pikes peak, but failed to summit, due to a burning smell that turned out to be the forward connection in the drive shaft. I know I did not post pics of it or the replacement but the plastics of it burnt the hell out and I was actually lucky to make it home.
So now that the beast is now tamed... and I always take October off, mostly due to the autumn colors, watching the migration of the Monarch butterfly, smoking meats which will last me until mid summer, house fixings and such, it almost always includes a BBQ crawl in an unknown destination. I do this every year, for 1 week.
So we have a plan of action, the wife and I, to explore yet another fantastic drive here in the grand area of Arkansas in the USA.
Again we will leave just west of Kansas City. We will drive down to Pig Trail in Arkansas and drive the whole of its length.
The fall colors, cool temperatures and BBQ along the way are what will fuel us. A couple pics of the planed drive follow.

The route to get there...

The Drive Of Pig Run

An Overhead View when busy.
Most of the drive though this area is like the over head view. My brother in law just did this on his bike a week ago. Said he could rarely get up to 30 MPH and most the time his foot peg was scraping the pavement as the turns were that sharp.
Updates to follow when we go and get there and drive it.
Happy trails.
