New road tax rules.

Strange that nobody has piped up with the VED correction, but the as the government is referring to 'road tax' then I guess that's what it is after all :fuelfire:
 
Anyone know what they are going to charge as a premium for DD payments ?

Compared to the 10% premium currently charged for a 6 month tax disc.

It's a bit bollocks that. There is a charge to them for DDs, but not very much, more than outweighed by the saving in paper and admin costs. For most other things you get a discount for DDs, but I guess there's no alternative service to take. Still...

There's a market for period tax discs in the classic car world! Didnt get it but it may well boom with this new system
