New question on Z4 headlight

I have found a 2007 xenon headlight assembly complete. Does anyone know if this year model will work on a 2008 model? I found this on ebay and it looks just like my 08 model but disclaimer on site lists 04-07 and says it won't fit 08. Can someone please help? I really want to get my car fixed without having to go through insurance and buying the new stuff. Thanks to all who might respond.

Make your own decision based on what you find. No one will tell you to spend money on something where the vendor says it will not work.
