Risk assessment means the Afghan project has folded for the time being. Apparently a new law in Kabul will ban private security companies from providing unit support for the proposed project and all security for such projects will in the future be devolved to the Afghan National Police.......! So another year in the UAE. Thanks again for all your comments. Much appreciated.
