New Owner

Stop that. I can't help wanting a coupe when I see a grey m version, and I've been so sure I want a roadster :headbang:

Heading over my direction then... I'll setup the road block.

If Carlsberg made garages...

Well I have no idea, you can't see anything without taking the wheel off. I asked the salesman who said the he got a mechanic to check it out and he reckons not? The tyres are not particularly low profiles, how many fingers should you be able to get between the fender and the tyre, because i can get one. Any other tell tale signs? are the original shocks black? will the modified shocks be a different colour? and finally can you revert it back? I really have no idea about any of this stuff. Sorry :| All I do know is that if it is lowered and with the windows tinted my insurance is £200 more expensive so if I could revert the springs I would.

Very nice looking car you have there Tom.

I had a quick look at it when I was nosing around Lloyds several weeks ago (I live in Carlisle). I remember thinking at the time that they look great in grey.

Hope you continue to enjoy the drive.

congrats on the new car, I agree with Daz, it looks lowered but cold be the angle of the pic.

measure from the centre of the wheel to the top of the arch, my Z4MC is 365mm front and rear and it running standard suspension.

Eibachs are better anyway IMHO and dont snap (as often). Eibachs are black too very hard to tell as the logo can wear off.

Cheers for the advice guys. I had a good look, the springs are black, can't see any logos, and the shocks have the BMW logo on it. But I can get 2 fingers between the fender and the tyre on the front, and just about 1 on the back. I thought the general rule was 3 fingers? I wanted to put some 19" csls on it but think they will rub. Il get the tape measure out tomorrow! :)
