So i purchased my zed a few days ago and have hit my first hurdle. When i popped the hood today I noticed that all the water pump piping that leads to the 2 nozzles has come loose. and the passenger side nozzle seems to have a part snapped off and therefore no water comes out of the passenger side nozzle onto the window screen. I've had a look online and can't seem to find the information I need to resolve the issue myself. (I'm sure its a really simple job too) I also assume this is because i have no real idea where to be looking as i'm a complete newbie to maintaining my own car!
I'm assuming its as simple as remove broken, buy new, fit new but i cant fidn the bits online. Help please.

Where the part has snapped, 1 end still nisde bottom of nozzle.

The part im assuming that just clips on to hold the pipe/cable in place

The other end of the snapped part ive pulled out of the tubing.

Cant help with how you fit it, but Sophers BMW are usually a great source of bits and I believe usually do a good price for Forum members

Realoem is useful for finding the parts etc - although can be a challenge to find the category (washer jets are under the vehicle electrical system, for example) - link. As JaRED points out, Sopers BMW are pretty good with helping out on price (01522 690000 and ask for parts desk)

As for fitting, I expect that they have clips on the underside like previous BMW models, so will be fiddly to get out. A quick google search found this link about replacing E46 jets, but I expect the principle is the same.

There is also an E36 video showing how the clip is removed, so seems pretty standard

Hi,

Here is the part number .....61667110852 , unless it's heated and then it's 61667110851 , got from http://www.bmwfans.info/parts-catalogue

The new one will just clip in, be careful connecting the hose again maybe heat it a little , good luck :)

i've got a quote of 46.80 for the heated nozzle and hose clamp does that seem a bit steep?
