New Owner & Questions

Afternoon All!
New owner of a 2019 M40i here.
I've a long history or RWD roadsters and am loving the Z4 so far.
Couple of things bugging me though.
Suspension feels a bit wobbly over cats eyes etc even in sport plus. It is on original factory tyres (only 6k miles) and I'm not sure it's had a geometry done.
The gear box is a bit slow on the changes even in sport plus.
I've had an M140i for 60k miles and it had neither of these issues.
Anyone else seen these on an M40i and how did you solve it?
PFA ;)

Can't say I've ever felt the gearbox was slow to change, especially in sports plus.
As for suspension, I do find mine can get a bit skippy over rutted lanes when changing lanes under acceleration. Not noticed a major issue with cat's eyes but anything that changes the contact patch of the rears will upset the handling a bit.
Haven't driven the 140i but have had two M40i now an neither felt as you describe. Tyre pressures OK?

Pressure are good, though they are now nearly 4 years old.
A laser alignment is probably a good starting point
I wonder if I can get GTS/Alpina box reflash?

Hi and welcome to the forum with your stunning Z4.

For the gearbox changes are you refering to auto shifting or manual ? My manual shifts are very quick in any driving mode. As for the suspension I've noticed it being a little soft but I rarely take it out of comfort mode due to the terrible condition of the roads here in Surrey.
