Hey all,

Figured I'd sign up now that I purchased a Z4, this forum was a big help in finding out information before I decided to take the plunge, so thanks for that!
Purchased an 04 2.5i SE model (UK) which came with the sports seats and the sports button which makes quite a lot of difference when turned on!

I've moved up from a Seat Ibiza FR tdi which was a very torquey engine; all the power in the low range revs, so driving the Z is quite a different experience. Am loving it so far though and feel that I brought at just the right time of year we're getting some good sunshine at the moment :D The quality and feel of the car compared to the Seat is vastly different also.

Anyways here's some pics that I took earlier today:

Welcome to the forum. Maldives Blue is one of the most beautiful color. Lack of lighting in your pictures. :(

Nice Shiney Zed and you picked the Nicest bit of Milton Keynes to take the Pics(sorry I have only been there once and it was years ago and from memory I am telling the truth :P )

Yay! You have received the Muppet "Seal of Approval"!!!!! In all actuality this is a very good sign, your car actually looks the bits! :driving: :driving: :D

Wow, nice unique(ish) car there... never EVER seen a maldives with the maldives coloured M-sport seats before :D

Sounds like a good spec car, enjoy as I am sure you will with this lovely weather in the UK right now :)

Thanks for the warm welcomes :)

Great to hear that I've obtained quite a unique(ish) car, the seats look good in maldives, especially when the roof is down :D Haha, MK does have it's nice areas just not sure if I could get the car close to them easy enough to take some good pics, it's all far too practical this place!

Paddy, did your car come with the 18" ellipsoids or did you have to get those separately? Got to say I love the look of them so I'd be interested in the sort of price I'd be looking to spend if I did make the change..

Still getting used to driving such a low car as well, having to be a lot more weary of curbs and pulling out of certain places now
