New Owner Collection Tips

Thanks for the comments guys, unfortunately my wife chooses a car from a picture I show her but doesn’t like dealerships anymore than I do, so I collect and deliver and my wife either likes or not, fingers crossed as some of you said roof down may help and contrast from i3 to Z4 is right, 🤞🏻
Welcome to the zed family. I can understand why your wife may not feel comfortable in the new car. I am 5'4 and it does take time to get used to the long bonnet and the lower ride height. But then again I have had two previous cars that may have helped 74 corvette (long hood) and 79 MGB both had lower ride height. But even with this past car history it did take me awhile to find a comfortable seat adjustment in my 05 Zed. Good luck with the new purchase and hope your wife will eventually come to love it.

Well I’m afraid after 3 weeks we decided the Z4 was not the right car for my wife so sold it with a £3k loss and moved on
Got to be about the only Z4 to make a loss this summer, and £1000 a week is some going! :? :?

Which ever model you are collecting I’m sure you will love it,
Have a good look at the paintwork before you take it away and check the interior for any marks or damage, any other issues you find later should be covered by the BMW warranty.

Hi and welcome. Maybe a good idea to read the thread. This chap bought one, collected it, didn't like it and sold it 3 weeks later. :D
