New Owner and loving it

Hi,

Just bought my first Z a week ago from this forum.

It's an 06 grey 3.0si with 108s.
Am loving every minute, I can see what all you guys on here are on about now! :thumbsup:

Can't wait until the winters over and I can find a nice day to put the hood down.

Will post some pics after I've had it washed and it's reasonably nice day.

As long as it's dry, get that roof down. Heaters on, heated seats on (Assuming it has them) and you're all set.

Currently my car is the filthiest it's ever been and I haven't managed to have the roof down for over a month but I still love driving it and can't wait to clean it and get out somewhere for a topless drive!

You are in my club lol. The one week zed owners club. I agree with Wyldies post. Get the heaters on and get the roof down. I done the horseshoe pass at the weekend, roof down. It was beautiful. :thumbsup:

Welcome to the forum but. . . . .

No need to wait for good weather, just no rain. There is something about open top driving which is really special.

Many of us drive all year with the roof down - nothing like a crisp day with the heated seats on, scarf gloves and hat on - brilliant!

Lol Good spot Bing - Unfortunately it's the weather that's stopped play of late and the fact it's dark when I drive home.

As I'm a slave to the 9-5 club it doesn't work in the winter! :P

Having the hood down whilst it's cold doesn't compute "computer says no!"
However I will try it as long as its sunny 8) (not raining) and I have the heated seats on. :| :|

However I won't be found the Full Monty :wink:

Had to travel down to Thame this morning.

As soon as I got off the M1 the roof was down and the heated seats and heated steering wheel on :D

45 lovely open top miles :roll:
