I've got the same problem just waiting for something to pop up in the same direction. I might have to get atleast two done just for the sake of driving 100miles for a key.

If you can be without your car for a few days I think you can take out the EWS Module and send it to him via post for keys to be cut, programmed and sent back to you but you'll have to call him to confirm that.

I can personally vouch for the guy (as can other forum members by now) so no security implications by doing that.

:driving: God I really want to switch to a flip key, just looks way better.

It is a mission of a journey though as said, but if all else fails then its has to be done!

Time will tell!!!

As interesting as this is, the one on the left has the BMW badge out of place... perhaps just the picture? However, it would drive me insane if it's not central...

bmkeys,

Am I reading this correctly... I can post you my working key and you are able to copy it including coding or whatever you call it - and it'll work as per the original? £70 all in.

Thanks x

No, bmw keys cannot be duplicated.

If you have a service/wallet key, I can use the transponder from that to put inside a flip key, otherwise I would need either access to the car or the ews module sent to me.
