New nose :-)

Had some challenges, but the new nose is fitted, minus number plate bracket (stick plates are the future) and donning a Skoda Fabia front splitter. Obviously bias, but think it looks fab!!

That looks nice and I'm quite a fan of the number plate placement! Anyone know if that's legal?

Alfa get away with it don't they although I think the regs say a flat vertical surface.
I think that's for anpr etc.
The misplaced numbers aren't MOT legal tho. I assume the plate is G9 OSC ?

True Alfa and other do have plates on the side. In my head I thought that because Alfa have a flat plate it may be more visible but after looking at pics that's not true either!

I have a very good friend who does MoTs :-)

....who won't be of any use whatsoever when you get stopped by the boys in blue :poke:

:D The rear is the same spacing - have been driving with it (touch wood) for 2 ½ years and not been stopped yet. Have a set of the properly spaced in the boot just in case.

Looks nice

but am I missing something, why not just stick the plate in the middle and draw slightly less attention to the number spacing?

I like the scoda front splitter looks OM plus better than the seat Leon r splitter IMO 8) any links to where you bought the scoda splitter?

Needs some trimming as its too long, but bends on really well and looks great.

Thank you.

Nice, although likewise on the side number plate placement, doesn't work for me.

Also why a spare set of legal plates in the boot? If you get pulled that's basically admitting you know your taking the mick and a guaranteed fine!

It's been a busy day today but I got my sticky plate today Stu, cheers for the link

Think I prefer my old position? Might grow on me.......

Like the front, but not a an of that plate at all.

Mis-spaced, stick on, not vertical - looks like it's asking for a ticket from a jobs worth

For those referencing Alpha I'm sure it's a exemption due to the front grille and in any event would have to be a vertical plate, hence the off holder that they use.

Lower grill looks better, I have just ordered a 5 digit plate to go on my new aerodynamic bumper and that's where I will be putting it!
