New MOT and no advisories

Another year and it's passed. Had the front control arms done along with the bushes, steering less twitchy now. They've been an advisory for the last two MOTs so I thought it best to get them beforehand.

Had it all done at Walker's Autotech, seem like a nice bunch.

Thankfully I got home before the 0.1mm of snow!

May I ask how much it cost? Ballpark number?

Sure. It was 600 including the MOT, so 550 without.
I'm sure you can get it done cheaper but I wanted to try out Walker's as they have a good reputation. Usually go to Munich Legends but they've been going downhill recently (some friends have had bad experiences).

Always good to drive away with a clean bill of health.

Think I might have waited for the snow though. I love snow, the odd occasion we get the stuff I'm off in search. :D :driving:

Sounds like a result!

I use Walkers Autotech as they are only a couple of miles from where I live. I have always been happy with them.

That said, I always get the MOTs done at a place in Dunsfold that only does MOTs as I think that those kind of places are less likely to come up with "spurious" failures.

It was a bit of a trek for me as i work in Crawley but a nice drive home across the a272 (dark and raining).

Mine will be going back to walkers soon for oil and brake service. I virtually drive by ML every day, but this patch rep really puts me off.
