Just purchased a 2007 Z4 M with only 37,000 miles. Purchased it after selling a 1994 Porsche 968 Cabriolet that I had restored. I loved the Porsche, but parts were becoming increasingly hard to find and VERY expensive, such that I could no longer justify keeping and maintaining it.

Love the Z4. It is unbelievably quick, is more comfortable to drive than the 968, and gets better gas mileage (as long as I don't get on it too hard). I've clayed, buffed and waxed the car, and treated the leather interior (it was very dry). My next project is to clean, redye and seal the convertible top, fix all the little stone chips, then add the Grom bluetooth adapter to the stock radio/DSP system. I've already ordered a clear polycarbonate wind deflector, which should arrive sometime next week.

Look forward to our discussions in the future.

Any long term plans for the car?
Haven't had the Z4 long enough to think about long-term plans yet. I'll probably keep it pretty much stock. though I've started investigating Carly, thinking there may be some additional features I can explore.

Lovely looking ///M. 8) Welcome aboard. :D

Solid wind deflector though  You might want to reconsider that one. Mesh works better.

Hi and welcome to the forum - your M looks great in Imola Red.
